Kathleen Richards has a MS degree in Business/Organizational Development and a BA in International Studies and Economics. She is a nationally recognized speaker, instructor, author and thought leader for the last 30 years focusing on business, organizational/leadership development, culture and specifically the field of property management. She has worked with corporate, government and academia (US and International). Since 2005 she has been conducting Property Management classes and workshops at colleges and NARPM® conferences. Most recently, as a National Instructor for NARPM® Kathleen has had the privilege of teaching designation courses and industry best practices to property management professionals.
