The History of PM Made Easy

PM Made Easy™ (formerly LandlordSource) was founded by industry pioneer Jean Storms, MPM®, to fill a gap in the property management world. At a time when few reliable tools existed, Jean created customizable manuals and systems that brought clarity, structure, and professionalism to the industry.

In 2017, Kathleen Richards, MPM®, a NARPM® National Instructor and former Broker/Owner of a CRMC®-designated, award-winning company acquired PM Made Easy. Since then, she has updated and expanded the templates, keeping them current with industry best practices and evolving compliance standards.
